Five simple steps

  1. Wrap your wand of poles in need of repair securely in cardboard or a tube, together with a copy of your name, email, phone and return address.

  2. Post them to Rose Tent Pole Repairs at the address below

  3. Your poles will be repaired

  4. You will receive an invoice (inc return postage) to pay securely through Paypal/Debit or Credit card

  5. Once payment is received, your poles will be dispatched to the address provided

Estimated postage cost:

As a rough rule: 1 set of Fibreglass poles weighs about 1 - 2 kg; 1 set of alloy poles < 1kg

  • Up to 2 Kg £5

  • 2 - 5 Kg £7.50

  • 5Kg - 10Kg £10

Drop-off Service

(for those that live locally)

Four things to do

  1. Drop your poles off at the address below

  2. Your details will be taken and you’ll be given a receipt for your poles

  3. Your poles will be repaired and returned to the shop within one week

  4. Collect and pay for your revitalised poles

Please note that for jobs estimated to be over £20, you will be contacted before any work is carried out.
